Francis Choi

Francis is studying the effects of propagule pressure on marine invasive species. As part of the Canadian aquatic invasive species network (CAISN), Francis is interested in the relationship between activities by commercial vessels (ballast water discharge, degree of ships traffic, etc.) and the establishment of intertidal MIS in Canadian harbours. Through his research, Francis became very familiar with marine intertidal species throughout British Columbia and Nova Scotia. |
